Over the last 2 years due to covid we have created an on line bootcamp via Zoom which has really grown even with the world opening back up. Prior to this we hosted weekly boot camps based at Grimsargh Cricket field in Preston.
For 2022 we are going to offer both online and outdoor bootcamps so watch this space.
Our Bootcamps
Each bootcamp consists of small groups from 5 to 20 people. They cater for all levels of fitness for both men and women.
The bootcamps combine the knowledge, expertise and one to one personal training element but the with added bonus of doing it with friends and other motivational people who have similar goals. This is great for keeping you accountable and motivated and a fab way to make new fitness friends.
The sessions will be outside (from 2022) and on line from March to October. And online only from October to March.
Outdoor bootcamps are weather dependent and may be moved online.
